Here's what makes the recipe for Zucchini Casserole so easy - most of the spices are thanks to the pre-seasoned stuffing.

Ingredients for Zucchini Casserole – zucchini – carrots – onion – cream of chicken soup – sour cream – pre-seasoned stuffing – butter

Rinse and dice the zucchini, you'll need about 4 cups. Add 1/4 cup of water and cook in the microwave for a few minutes.

Grate about one cup of peeled carrots and combine with the canned soup, sour cream and 1 1/2 cups of the stuffing mix.

Combine the remaining stuffing and zucchini and spread in a baking dish. Bake for about 45 minutes at 375° F.
