MASH THE BANANAS AND SET ASIDE

SLOW COOKER BANANA BREAD  INGREDIENTS 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tso salt ⅔ cup walnuts ½ cup butter   1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups bananas

Blend the mashed bananas with the other wet ingredients. No need to over mix, just blend so the mashed fruit is distributed evenly.

It usually takes about three hours to fully bake the banana bread in a slower cooker, but check it for doneness at about two and a half hours.
