Here's all you need to make the most delicious clam chowder!

Clams Potatoes  Celery Onion Chicken bouillon Half and half Butter and flour

Peel the potatoes and chop the veggies.

Drain the clams, but save the juice!

You'll need 2 cups of clam juice, add a little water if needed.

Place the diced veggies and clam juice into the Crockpot

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

After 4 hours the potatoes, celery and onions are super tender.  They slow cooked in the clam juice.

Now, let's make the creamy part of the clam chowder. Whisk butter and flour in a pan on the stove.

Add half and half and whisk until it thickens.
