1 12 ounce jargrilled artichoke heartsdrained, sliced and chopped

1teaspoondried parsley
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese and the remaining five ingredients. Set aside ½ cup of the cheese and save for the garnish after cooking. Gently stir in the chopped artichoke hearts.
Heat at high power in the microwave oven for 3 minutes, stirring every 1 minute.
Continue heating if necessary for one minute at a time until hot.Stir and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese on top and dried parsley as an optional garnish. Serve with an assortment of crackers, potato chips or fresh veggies.

Conventional Oven Baking OptionAs an option, if you’d rather use a conventional oven that’s also an easy way to prepare hot artichoke dip.
Preheat the oven to 350° F
Assemble the artichoke dip ingredients
Place in a greased baking dish or pie plate
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbling around the edges and piping hot
The dip may have a loose consistency right after cooking either in the microwave or the conventional oven. The dip will thicken as it cools slightly. The texture is perfect for serving with any variety of crackers or even thin potato chips. Serve with plenty of chips and homemade Guacamole for a wonderful appetizer round!
