INGREDIENTS for TWICE-BAKED POTATOES 4 large potatoes, baked 1 tablespoon olive oil  1 ½ cup cheese  1 cup sour cream  ½ cup bacon  ¾ cup green onions  ¼ cup butter 2 teaspoons salt  1 teaspoon pepper

Bake four large Russet potatoes. Check out the recipe for the secret to making the BEST baked potatoes.

Cut the baked potatoes into large chunks.

Placed the baked potato chunks into a large mixing bowl and use a potato masher to "smash" the potatoes.

Place diced, cooked bacon, Cheddar cheese, butter, sour cream and diced green onions in the large bowl with the potatoes.

Use a sturdy spoon to blend all the delicious ingredients together.

Spread the ingredients into a 13" x 9" baking dish and bake in a 350° F oven for 30 minutes. Twice Baked Potatoes!

Sprinkled more shredded cheese and diced green onions on top of the Twice-Baked Potatoes, and return the dish to the oven for 20 additional minutes.
