INGREDIENTS for SEVEN BEAN SALAD  2 cans green beans 1 can lima beans 1 can garbanzo beans 1 can black beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can great northern beans  1 sweet onion  1 small yellow pepper  1 small red pepper

This recipe is so easy to make. Place all the beans in a strainer over the sink and rinse.

Chop peppers and an onion and place in a large bowl with the drained beans.

Meanwhile, make the balsamic sauce. (It's easy!)

INGREDIENTS FOR SEVEN BEAN SALAD BALSAMIC SAUCE  1 ¼ cup sugar 1 cup balsamic vinegar ½ cup vegetable oil ½ teaspoon celery seed 1 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons salt

Combine the balsamic vinegar with sugar, oil, celery seed, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

Watch the balsamic sauce close so it doesn't bubble over the edges.

Place the sauce in a glass bowl or measuring cup and let cool.

Blend the beans with the chopped onions and peppers then pour the balsamic sauce over the top.
