Thick, rich and oh so satisfying!

It's EASY to prepare, hearty and comforting. Everyone loves chili!

It starts with a pound and a half of ground chuck.

Next, cook the onions then add the spices and seasoning.

The spices steam for a few minutes with the ground chuck and onions, it's a big flavor booster.

Stovetop Chili Ingredients

1 ½ lb ground chuck  1 white onion diced 1 heaping tablespoon chili powder 2 teaspoons cumin 2 teaspoons oregano dash of cayenne pepper  2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper

Stovetop Chili Ingredients, Cont.

You may have noticed there are beans in this chili.

Which prompts the age old debate: If a chili recipe includes beans, is it truly chili?

The answer may depend a little on where you live. Check out the recipe for the details on that. :)
