It's incredibly easy to make tender and flaky homemade smoked salmon on a pellet grill.

The secret to delicious smoked salmon is in the brine ingredients and with this recipe it couldn't be easier!

SMOKED SALMON INGREDIENTS 2 pounds fresh salmon, ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup non-iodized salt such as sea salt or kosher salt ¼ cup brown sugar 3 cloves garlic sliced thin 4 cups water

Place the salmon in the brine. Then cover the dish and set it in the refrigerator for 13-15 hours.

Next, place the salmon fillet on a rack over a baking sheet. Leave it at room temperature for 5 hours

Place the salmon on the grill (check out my recipe post for details on which type of pellets to use).

The smoked salmon fillet is fully cooked once it reaches 145°F
