Another secret: Make sure you allow at least an hour for the chicken to soak in ice cold buttermilk, that makes the chicken tender

Brush each breaded chicken strip with melted butter or check out the recipe for options to butter

Bake in a hot oven, 425° F for about 15 minutes, then flip and cook for 5-10 more minutes
