OKTOBERFEST PORK CHOP RECIPE

To celebrate Oktoberfest, start with thick, bone-in pork chops. Brown them in hot butter on the stovetop.

Once the pork chops are browned, remove them from the pan and warm up two jars of sauerkraut. Next, stir in sour cream and BEER.

OKTOBERFEST PORK CHOPS RECIPE – ½ cup butter – 4 bone in pork chops   – 2 jars of sauerkraut  – 12 ounces beer – 1 ½ cups sour cream – 2 apples   – ⅓ cup brown sugar – ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon – ⅛ teaspoon paprika

Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauerkraut sauce on top of each pork chop.

Then top with sliced apples!

Sprinkle each pork chop with brown sugar and spices, cover and simmer about 45 minutes - these are simply the BEST Oktoberfest Pork Chops!!
