Freshly baked dinner rolls STUFFED with smoked sausage, bacon, onion + sauerkraut. PERFECTION

Start with frozen dinner roll dough from the grocery store.

Place the rolls on a baking pan let them thaw, it takes about three hours.

While the rolls are defrosting, it's a great time to do a little prep work. First up, dice the smoked sausage.

And cook the bacon. You'll need between 4 - 6 slices. Once it's cooked, dice it and set it aside.

Chop the onion and add sauerkraut. Cook until the onions start to caramelize and the kraut softens.

Add the diced bacon and smoked sausage, then stir in 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Filling Ingredients 4-6 bacon slices   1 cup onion diced 2 cups sauerkraut ½ teaspoon garlic powder 15 oz, smoked sausage or kielbasa

Once the dinner rolls defrost they'll be soft enough to roll into a small circle. Next, scoop about 1/4 cup of filling onto each flattened roll.

Place the seam side of the roll down on a baking sheet. Cover the rolls loosely with plastic wrap and let them rise for 15 minutes.

Top with a dusting of Everything Bagel Seasoning and bake for 15 minutes.
