– 1 ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated, divided – ⅔ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt – ½ cup sour cream – ¼ cup mayonnaise – 2 cloves garlic pressed and minced – 1, 12 ounce jar grilled artichoke hearts drained, sliced and chopped

Easy Hot Artichoke Dip Ingredients 

Blend the sour cream, greek yogurt and mayo with parmesan cheese

Drain a jar of grilled artichoke hearts - you can also use canned, water packed artichoke hearts.

Chop each artichoke heart into 2 or 3 pieces, so each piece is bite-sized and easy to scoop.

Blend the creamy ingredients with the chopped artichoke hearts.

Cook in the microwave for about 3 minutes, checking it at one minute intervals.

It's ready when the dip is bubbling and hot. Stir and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and parsley.
