The ingredients are pantry and refrigerator staples. Nothing fancy! 

3 chicken breasts  1 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup  1 cup sour cream 1 tbsp poppy seeds 2 cups crushed crackers ¼ cup butter, melted

Heat your Dutch Oven over the eight charcoals. Add olive oil and wait until the oil starts to shimmer.

If you are cooking indoors, simply preheat the oven to 350° F. 

Add the diced onion and chicken. If cooking inside, this step will take place on your stovetop.

Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup and the poppy seeds to the cooked chicken and onions, stir to combine

Sprinkle the crushed crackers and butter over the chicken mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the top cracker crust is lightly browned and the filing is bubbling around the edges.
