Dice the hot dogs into small chunks, you'll use about 8 hot dog pieces in each corn dog "nugget."

Like any corn dog, there is a crunchy corn meal crust that surrounds the hot dog. It's scratch-made, but so easy to whisk together!

But unlike a corn dog, my "nugget" version, bakes in a muffin pan - no corn dog stick needed!

corn dog nuggets Ingredients 6 hot dogs   1 cup Bisquick ¼ cup yellow corn meal  1 egg ½ cup milk 2 tsp ground mustard ¼ tsp paprika regular or smoked   ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper 1 frozen puff pastry sheet 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

After baking, sprinkle a little diced, fresh rosemary on top of the corn dog nuggets and serve with plenty of ketchup and mustard.
