INGREDIENTS FOR VANILLA CHEESECAKE FILLING – 4 eggs – 1 lemon juiced, – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 3, 8 oz. packages cream cheese softened – 1 cup sugar – ½ cup sour cream

INGREDIENTS FOR VANILLA CHEESECAKE CRUST – 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs – 1 cup sugar – ½ teaspoon cinnamon – ½ cup butter melted

Start by making the crust. Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar, cinnamon and butter.

Use a measuring cup to press the crumbs against the bottom and sides of the cheesecake pan.

Combine the Vanilla Cheesecake ingredients, including 1/2 cup of sour cream.

Pour the Vanilla Cheesecake filling into the crust and bake at 325°F for 45-55 minutes.
