Just 7 ingredients!

CHEESY POTATOES are super easy to make! Use frozen, diced hash browns and plenty of shredded cheddar cheese.

INGREDIENTS for  CHEESY POTATOES WITH CORN FLAKES –½ cup Cheddar Cheese  – ¾ cup salted butter  – 1, 2 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes  – ½ cup dried onion  – 1 cup sour cream – 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup – 1 ½ cups Corn Flake Crumbs

Here's how to make CHEESY POTATOES WITH CORN FLAKES. Combine all of the ingredients, except the corn flakes and butter. No need to defrost the frozen hash browns, they'll bake in the oven.

You have two options for the corn flake topping. Either crush corn flakes or use boxed corn flake crumbs. Either way, combine them with butter in a small bowl.

Place the hash brown potato mixture in a  13" X 9" baking dish and use a spoon to spread it around and make an even layer.

Spoon the crushed corn flakes on top of the potato and cheese layer and spread it out evenly.

Preheat the oven to 350°F, your Cheesy Potatoes with Corn Flakes are ready to bake!
