The bun is replaced with a flaky and easy to make, pat-in-the -pan crust.

You won't need your rolling pin for this flaky crust. Just use your fingers to pat the crust into place.

CHEESEBURGER INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 ⅓ pounds ground beef ¾ cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic   ½ teaspoon salt ¼ cup flour ⅓ cup dill pickle liquid ⅓ cup milk ½ cup dill pickles 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

In a skillet on the stove, cook the onions, then stir in shredded cheese and diced pickles into the fried ground beef.

While that's cooking on the stove, bake the pat-in-the-pan crust in the oven.

Spoon the meat and cheese mixture into the baked crust.

Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheese and bake for five minutes longer.

Garnish with sliced tomatoes, onion and pickle with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
